We work together with social and private landlords to find a home that meets your needs. Some of our supported living services are purpose-built or have been adapted and use technology that helps people to live as independently as possible.
For many people who want to live independently, getting the right care and support is just as important as finding the right home.
Our Home Ownership Service
This service is intended to help young adults with special educational needs access home ownership, and not to be excluded from home ownership as a solution for housing. There are several ways for young adults we support to get on the housing ladder.
