What We Do

The Knightly Trust provides specialist services and support for vulnerable children and young adults.
Children and young adults with an Autistic spectrum condition and special educational needs.
Our dedicated team of teachers, behaviour specialists, carers, support workers and consultants have been supporting vulnerable children and young adults across London and neighbouring boroughs.
The Knightly Trust delivers children and young adult services in London and neighbouring boroughs. We set up home study programs, one-to-one tutoring services, activity sessions and group training initiatives for vulnerable children and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities and the professionals working with them.

In 2017, The Knightly Trust was inspired to deliver these services because many children and young adults in local areas were struggling to access support services

Many children and young adults are struggling to:

    • Stay in school and/or engage with the national curriculum
    • Form positive relationships and make friends
    • Access housing
    • Manage day to day life
    • Secure employment or training opportunities
We have spoken to parents, guardians and carers who identified that there is a lack of services available for vulnerable children and young adults especially those with special educational needs.
We have a strong team of dedicated teachers, tutors, carers and volunteers currently working with vulnerable children, young adults, their families and relevant professionals. We provide a safe and fun learning environment where all children and young adults between the ages of 2-30 are able to access one-to-one support.

We encourage and support children and young adults to:

    • Reach individual academic milestones specifically in reading, writing and speech
    • Develop healthy habits and lifestyles
    • Build positive relationships with other children/young adults
    • Support in assisted living and accessing housing
    • Find suitable training/employment
Our services have become very important to the families we support, further emphasizing the need for more families to be informed and reached.
We want to be able to continue providing these services and reach more families in the London boroughs and neighbouring ones, that are desperate for support. We hope you can support your vulnerable children, young adults and families to access our services.

If you are a Local Authority or a Government organisation requiring our services, please contact the Services Manager directly: liz@theknightlytrust.org
