  • Job Context

    We are looking for a caring and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in South East London. The ideal candidate will have experience working with elderly or disabled people and will be able to provide personal care, companionship, and support.

  • Job Responsibility

    • Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Assist with activities of daily living, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
    • Provide companionship and support
    • Document care in accordance with company policy

  • Educational Requirement

    • You’ll be naturally compassionate and patient, it is not necessary to have previous experience of working in a similar care environment because as long as you have a positive attitude and good communication skills, our first-class training will do the rest.
    • You’ll be willing to undertake all aspects of care to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and social needs. Training will be provided
    • A willingness to be trained and to achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
    • The ability to work shifts (including weekends and evenings)
    • You must be aged 18 years or over to apply for this job.
    • Right to work in the UK
    • NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent(will be advantageous)
    • Experience working with elderly or disabled people
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexible hours
